We do not collect: your full name, email address, national ID, location data, or any biometric information.
We do not store your Mobile Money PIN or payment card details — these are handled entirely by Hubtel.
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or sell it to third parties.

Event organisers can see vote counts and revenue for their events. They do not see individual voter phone numbers — only aggregated totals.
We may disclose your data if required by Ghanaian law, court order, or regulatory authority.

SKVOTE's website (skvote.com) does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools. We do not track you across other websites.
When you vote via USSD shortcode, your phone number is captured by the mobile network and shared with Hubtel's Programmable Services. SKVOTE receives your phone number only after a successful payment is confirmed.
USSD sessions are not recorded or stored by SKVOTE beyond the vote transaction itself.
SKVOTE is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used our platform, contact us at admin@skvote.com.
