SKVOTE is a paid digital voting platform operated by Simon Kombian Ventures (Business Registration No. BN645741225), based in Ghana. We provide voting services for awards, competitions, elections, and other events through our website (skvote.com) and USSD shortcode.
Our payment processing is handled by Hubtel, a licensed payment service provider in Ghana.
To use SKVOTE, you must:
Voters visit skvote.com, select a contestant, choose the number of votes, and complete payment via Hubtel's secure checkout. Votes are recorded only after payment is confirmed by Hubtel.
Voters dial *714*7654#, enter the contestant code, select the number of votes, and approve the Mobile Money payment prompt. Votes are recorded only after successful payment confirmation.
A vote is only counted when payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Hubtel. Initiated payments that are not completed do not count as votes.
All votes purchased are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact us at admin@skvote.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing your phone number and the transaction amount.

Violation of these terms may result in your votes being disqualified and legal action being taken.
SKVOTE records all votes with full transaction details including timestamps, phone numbers, and Hubtel transaction IDs. In the event of a dispute:
SKVOTE is a voting platform only. We do not determine event winners — that is the responsibility of event organisers.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control including:

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the disputed transaction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on skvote.com. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
